Ivy Kids Kits are literature-centered STEM kits designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in children. Ivy Kids kits use literature as the central component for teaching across various subjects. Each Ivy Kids kit includes a carefully selected, highly-rated children's book and 12-15 fun, creative, and unique hands-on activities that are based upon the featured story and characters. Ivy Kids kits promote the development of math, science, literacy, engineering, and art skills through reading, play, and exploration.

Ivy Kids subscriptions come in 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 month variations with the ability to add-on sibling materials.

Delivered to the child each month will be an Ivy Kids kit which includes:

  • A highly-rated children’s book

  • Bookmark reading guide

  • Materials to retell the story

  • Literacy & language arts activities

  • Science experiments

  • An enriching fact board related to the story

  • Creative art projects

Each Ivy Kids kit provides adults with questions to structure a child’s learning, as well as instructions on how to modify games to best suit each individual child. There are enough games and materials in each kit to engage and to stimulate a child cognitively throughout the month. Furthermore, the games can be replayed for years to come. Ivy Kids kits provide everything children need to read, play, create, and learn!

"Our family with 3 kids have used a big variety of different subscription boxes. Ivy-Kids stands out! The books are well chosen living literature (coming from a book snob), the activities are fun, engaging and varied, the way it’s all organized is a step above, all-in-all it’s one of our favorite boxes for our 5/6yr old! We have received other subscription boxes where I asked for them to just stop coming because they have sub-par (never even heard of) books with boring story lines and cheap looking illustrations, activities that require more time and effort than I have, and just basically are not Ivy-Kids quality. Thanks so much for a great experience! I’d love to see boxes designed for older kids too, with maybe early reader chapter books or something."
